TCPA Disclosure

This page explains the consents you give when you submit your phone number through a form on https://www.lifeinssupport.com or otherwise request information about insurance from LifeIns Support ("LifeIns Support").

1. What you are agreeing to

By clicking a button labeled "Get my free quote," "Get my quote," "Submit," or similar — or by otherwise providing your phone number to us — you authorize LifeIns Support and its licensed insurance agents and marketing partners to contact you at the phone number you provided. Contact may include:

• Telephone calls using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial / pre-recorded voice;
• Text messages (SMS) using an automated system;
• Calls and texts even if the number is on the federal Do-Not-Call registry, a state Do-Not-Call registry, or your company's internal do-not-call list.

2. Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are not required to agree to receive autodialed marketing calls or texts in order to purchase any product or service from LifeIns Support. You may instead call us directly at (888) 470-4845 and request a quote without providing this consent.

3. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for SMS messages. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Reply HELP for help.

4. Recording

Calls to and from LifeIns Support may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and compliance purposes. You will be advised of recording at the beginning of any recorded call. Florida is a two-party (all-party) consent state.

5. Opt out

You may revoke this consent at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message from us;
• Asking the agent on a call to add you to our internal Do-Not-Call list;
• Emailing support@lifeinssupport.com with the phone number you would like removed.

Opt-out requests are honored within 30 days. Note that opt-outs do not affect transactional or service messages related to an active insurance policy you hold.

6. Records

We keep records of your consent (including the IP address, timestamp, and exact text of the consent language displayed) for the period required by applicable law.
