This Privacy Policy describes how LifeIns Support ("LifeIns Support", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit https://www.lifeinssupport.com, request a quote, call a phone number associated with our agency, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

We collect information you give us, information about your device and browsing, and information from third parties:

• Information you give us: name, age, gender, ZIP code, state of residence, contact information (phone, email), tobacco use, basic health questions, and coverage preferences you submit through forms or share over the phone.
• Automatically collected: IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages visited, time of visit, and information stored in cookies and similar technologies (including the dynamic-number-insertion cookie that lets us route your call).
• Marketing identifiers: Google Click Identifier (GCLID), gbraid, wbraid, and UTM parameters carried from advertising campaigns.
• From third parties: demographic information from public records and lead-quality vendors, and call routing / recording metadata from our telephony provider.

2. How we use information

• To prepare and present insurance quotes;
• To match you with licensed insurance agents in your state;
• To process applications and communicate with you about coverage;
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising (including uploading offline conversions back to advertising platforms such as Google Ads);
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• To comply with applicable laws and respond to legal process.

3. How we share information

• With insurance carriers when you apply for coverage;
• With our licensed agents and authorized representatives who handle your quote and policy;
• With service providers who help us operate the Services (cloud hosting, telephony, e-signature, CRM, analytics, advertising attribution);
• With law enforcement or regulators where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing.

4. Phone calls and SMS

Calls placed to or from numbers associated with our agency may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. Florida is a two-party (all-party) consent state; you will be advised at the start of each recorded call. 5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use first-party cookies (and localStorage where available) to remember the tracking phone number we assigned you, to keep your form progress between visits, and to attribute calls and leads to our advertising campaigns. We use a limited set of third-party tags (for example, analytics and conversion tracking) when you accept our cookie banner.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain marketing activities. Our Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
